- Work with the vendor to refine SOW project scope, budget and timelines for the project, which includes deployment including user training, UAT, data migration and Go-live.
- Mapping of your business process to vendor's product functionality including workarounds and activities to be managed outside the system.
- Working with vendor in the creation of business process documentation.
